FireEx Forest

FireEx Forest is an extinguishing agent in the form of a gel, which is specifically intended for extinguishing forest fires and plants in general. Its use is extended to all industries dealing with a specific risk (foresters, farmers, agricultural industry, wood industry, etc.), but it is important to present the possibility that FireEx Forest represents for fire services and extinguishing major forest fires through aerial fire extinguishing.

The fundamental advantages of FireEx Forest are:

9

Impregnation effect that prevents re-ignition and the spread of fire to other vegetation.

9

Insulates and cools hot and flammable gases and blocks the flow of oxygen.

9

Water consumption for extinguishing is up to twenty times less.

9

It can be used with conventional or special equipment for fire extinguishing.

9

Non-toxic, i.e. no effect on plants and animals.

9

Biodegradable.

As much as ninety percent of FireEx Forest gel reaches the ground when extinguishing from the air, which is a significant difference from firefighting water, which reaches the ground only five percent – if we are talking about precise targeting of the surface. The fundamental difference is the gel structure, which is not limited by air movement and evaporation when reaching the destination. Through this specification, it is also indirectly important that the firefighting aircraft can move faster and put out the fire more effectively, because regardless of where the agent falls, due to its weight, it seeps through the vegetation all the way to the ground.
